Project background:
HPE was born when Hewlett Packard entered into the enterprise IT business. The tech giant had to create a new, separate company to distinguish its B2B enterprise services from its consumer-facing products (such as printers and laptops).
Our team was tasked with not only the design and implementation of the new brand's digital presence, but also the creation of the system that would be hosting and powering it.
The component-based site was designed mobile-first, fully responsive, and with over 100 unique pages.
Roles: senior art director / site design / asset creation & component building / brand guideline creation and management
Page design across the spectrum
The site's page designs had to cover a myriad of styles and functions, including home and product galleries, educational and sales, services, software and support, media and newsrooms, and business trends.
A few examples can be seen below.
Components as building blocks
The custom CMS contained a library of dozens of components with sub iterations, giving site builders vast freedom to fill page content as they see fit. These included carousels, image galleries, video players, and 3D experience containers.

Brand Guides
In order to maintain brand consistency across such a large site, the project included building and maintaining a large set of guidelines, some of which can be seen below.
